Elnora Jackson Hildreth of Magnolia, Arkansas passed away on March 18, 2020 at the age of 87 at St. Vincent Infirmary Hospital, Little Rock, Arkansas.
She was born on June 28, 1932 in Magnolia, Arkansas to the union of Fred Jackson and Addie Lee People Jackson.
She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-five years, D. H. Hildreth, her parents Fred and Addie Jackson, three sisters; Odessa Jackson, Annie Pearl Cooper, Essie Bell Moore and four brothers; Acie, Junior Lee, Carvin and Willie.
She was a member of Unity African Methodist Episcopal Church, Magnolia, Arkansas where she served as WMS President, Usher Board Member, Stewardess, Choir Member and Class Leader. She continued in service until her health failed.
She leaves those whom she loved to cherish her memory and bid them farewell: nine children; Charles (Valerie), Freddie (Catherine), Kelvin (Linda), and Elaine Banks of Muskegon, Michigan, Ralph (Angela) of Hot Springs, Arkansas, Janice Hildreth and Oletha Hildreth of Little Rock, Arkansas, Rozell Hildreth and Barbara Smith of Magnolia, one sister, Nettie Bell Hildreth, eight sisters-in-law; Lula Utsey of Wichita, Kansas, Bobbie Martin and Reffiel (Tellis) Jones of Kansas City, Missouri, Lavern West and Evern Mallory of Florissant, Missouri, Gracie Jackson, Vivian Jackson, Alverne Jackson of Magnolia and two brothers-in-law, J. C. Moore, of Dallas, Texas, and Clifton L. Cooper, Jr. of Magnolia. Twenty grandchildren, thirty-one great grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
