Fred "Calvin" Moore was born April 22, 1940 in Columbia County, Arkansas to the late Willie Moore and Jewell Jones.

He attended school in McNeil, Arkansas.  He was united in Marriage to the late Juanita Howell Moore.

He obtained a relationship with Christ at an early age and became a member of St. Matthews Baptist Church in McNeil, Arkansas.

He was employed by Partee Flooring Mill in the 1960's. He then went to work for Firestone Tire and Rubber in Magnolia, AR where he was employed for 15 years. He also worked in Pulpwood for many years. Later he worked  for the city of McNeil in 1995. After retirement he became an avid hunter and gardner.  He really enjoyed any activity pertaining to the outdoors.

He is preceded in death by: Juanita Moore(wife), Willie Moore (Father); sisters: Euniceteen Jones, Venner Gill and Velma Glover; brothers: Alvin Jones, Roy Preston Jones and Lawrence Jones, Jr.

He is survived by his loving Mother: Jewell Jones of Magnolia, AR; 
Four (4) Daughters: Barbara (Jimmy) Wafer of Magnolia, AR, Shassloan (Javions, Jr) Timmons; Lykesha (JS, Jr)Shelton and Shuntella (Norman) Moore all of Detroit, MI; 
Two (2) Sons: Fredrick (Alaina) Moore of Detriot, MI and Tony Moore of Modesto, CA;  
One step son: Alvin Doss of Shreveport, LA; 
Five (5) Sisters: Ruby (Fredrick) Dickinson of Camden, AR; Verna (Robert) Ferguson of Stephens, AR; Jean (Jerrell) Lockett of Little Rock, AR; Beverly Harrison and Margaret (Jimmy) Young both of Texarkana;
Four (4) Brothers: Malvin (Marie) Jones of Chicago, IL; Eddie Moore, Willie (Ann) Moore and Ray Moore all of Texarkana;
Two (2) Aunts: Louise Ransom of Waldo, AR and Vera Hartsfield of Kansas City, MO and Twelve (12) grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews and a special friend: Bobby Joe Watson of Waldo, AR.
