Jim "Blue" Taylor Jr. 82, of Magnolia, AR was born to Jim Taylor and Mae McBride-Taylor on June 23, 1931 in Village, AR passed away September 6, 2013 at Overton Brooks VAMC in Shreveport, LA

He accepted Christ at a early age at Damascus Baptist Church and remained a faithful member until God whispered come rest with me my faithful friend on September 6, 2013.

He attended Damascus High School, served in the US Army, worked at Alumax until he  retired. He loved hunting and forming.

"Blue" united  with Doshia Mae Easter until her death. Also proceeding him in death is his parents; three
(3) brothers: Hersey, Roy Lee and Tommy Lee; three (3) sisters: Rita Bell, Callie T and Fronia Mae.

He leaves to cherish his memories: (1) sister Annie V. Ross of Wrightville, AR one(1) brother Vinnie (Maree)) Carter of Magnolia, AR; one (1) son: Donny Taylor of Little Rock, AR; three (3) daughters: Mary L. Taylor and Glenda Sue Taylor of Tulsa, OK; Diana Sue Taylor of Magnolia, AR; nine (9) grand children; twenty-three (23) great grand children; six (6) great great-grand children; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and Special Care Givers.
