Artis Moore, 75 years old of Stephens, Arkansas, passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at the Ouachita County Medical Center in Camden. Funeral service will be held at the St. Stephens Baptist Church in Stephens, Arkansas. Rev. Daryl Hope will be the eulogist. Interment will be at the Gatlin Cemetery in Stephens.
