Freddie Mae Mullins Lewis, 92 years old of Dallas, TX, formerly of Smackover, AR, passed away on September 10, 2023, at the Baylor Medical Center in Irving, TX. Funeral service will be held at the Munn's Chapel Baptist Church in Prescott, AR. Rev H. Earl Anderson will be the eulogist. Interment will be at the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery in Stephens, Arkansas.
