Mrs. Joyce Payne 64 years old, passed away at her home in Waldo, Arkansas. Services are as followed below. Burial will be at the Clevet Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Falcon, Arkansas. Rev. A.T. Jordan Sr. will be the eulogist.
